Right of withdrawal & voluntary return policy

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

In addition, MY & MT Store voluntarily grants you a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.

Regardless of this, the following conditions apply to all returns.

Please first contact our customer service.
We will inform you about the next steps.
Please send the item back carefully packaged to the specified return address.
After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be made in accordance with the statutory provisions or our voluntary return policy.

Please send the item as far as possible

Each return is individually inspected upon receipt.

A return or refund may in particular be restricted or – to the extent permitted by law – refused if

an existing security seal has been opened or removed,
the item has been used, damaged or soiled,
the original packaging has been significantly damaged or destroyed and the item can therefore no longer be sold as new,
accessories, individual parts or components are missing,
the value of the item has been significantly reduced by handling that goes beyond checking its condition, properties and functionality.

This applies within the framework of the statutory provisions as well as our voluntary return policy.

If your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately.

We will take care of a fair and uncomplicated solution as quickly as possible.

After successful inspection of your return, the refund will be made via the originally used payment method.

Processing usually takes place within a few working days after receipt of the goods.
