Shipping policy

We ship our products within Europe.

Delivery time:
Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days within Europe after receipt of payment, unless another delivery time is specified for the respective product.

Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete your order. The costs may vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking:
If tracking is available, you will receive the tracking information by email.

Processing:
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day. No processing or delivery takes place on Sundays or public holidays.
