Right of withdrawal and returns

Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

Repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which notification of your withdrawal was received by us. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their condition, properties, and functioning.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy totaling 30 days after receipt of the goods.

For a voluntary return, the goods must be returned unused, complete, and, if possible, in the original packaging. Products with damaged, torn, or missing packaging as well as products with removed safety or hygiene seals may be excluded from the voluntary return or only partially refunded if resale is no longer possible as a result.

This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
