Shipping from Germany

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany. We place great importance on fast processing and secure shipping of your order.

Processing Time

Orders received on weekdays by 2:30 p.m. are usually processed on the same business day and handed over to our shipping provider.

Orders after 2:30 p.m. as well as on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time within Germany is:

After shipping, you will of course receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information, provided this is available for the respective shipping method.

We ship our orders with reliable shipping providers such as DHL and Deutsche Post, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

The shipping costs will be displayed transparently during the ordering process before you complete your order.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Please note, however, that in exceptional cases – for example during high order volumes, on public holidays, or due to delays by shipping providers – longer delivery times may occur. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these circumstances and ask for your understanding.
